摘要
利用RAPD技术对16份香葱(Allium ascalonicum)种质资源的遗传多样性进行了分析。从100个随机引物中筛选出18个具有多态性的引物,共扩增出156条重复性好而且清晰的条带,其中111条为多态性带,占总条带数的70.9%。材料间遗传相似系数变化范围为0.207~0.975。在遗传相似系数为0.78的水平上,聚类分析可将16份香葱种质资源分为6类。
RAPD technology was used to analyze genetic diversity of 16 shallot(Allium ascalonicum) germplasm resources collected in Hunan province.18 polymorphic primers were screened out of 100 random RAPD primers.156 clear and reproducible bands were amplified,among which 111 bands were polymorphic bands,accounting to 70.9% of total bands.The genetic similarity coefficients among the germplasm resources ranged from 0.207 to 0.975.Cluster analysis divided the tested 16 materials into 6 categories when the genetic similarity coefficient was 0.78.
