摘要
动物性食品及其制品的安全问题实质是化学品投入问题,它给居民身心健康及未来人类素质带来较大的问题。从市场需求入手,分析了现行营销观念驱动下食品安全问题的诱因,揭示了企业道德风险产生于市场需求机制满足的利益追求。
Security problem of animal food and its product was virtually the chemical investment question;It would bring problems to the physical and psychological health of residents and the quality of future people.Starts from the market demand and the incentive of food security problem drived by present marketing concept was analyzed,then it indicated that the company ethnic risk growed from the benefit pursuit satisfied the market demand mechanism.
