摘要
对锂离子电池生产所排放废气中的N-甲基吡咯烷酮回收新工艺进行了研究。首先将高温工业废气在常压下通过预处理装置,将对NMP含量达一定比例的雾化状态的共凝剂在雾化状态下喷入预处理装置,废气再通过冷凝器降温,使NMP与共凝剂一同互溶冷凝下来,回收液再经过真空精馏纯化塔提纯处理,排放气的NMP浓度为100×10-6以下,而共凝剂可返回循环使用。
A novel process for recycling 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) from the exhaust of Li-ion batteries production was studied. The high-temperature industrial emission was firstly pretreated in a device under normal pressure. The co-condensing agent, with a certain proportion to NMP, was sprayed into the device in the state of atomization. Then the industrial emission was cooled in the condenser where NMP and the co-condensing agent could be condensed. After the recycled liquid was purified in the vacuum distillation tower, the concentration of NMP in the industrial emission would be less than 1.0 × 10^-6 while the co-condensing agent could be recycled.
