Summary of Huaihe River Basin and Shandong Peninsula Integrated Water Resources Plan

淮河流域及山东半岛是我国重要的粮食主产区、能源和制造业基地。介绍了淮河流域及山东半岛水资源的基本情况、水资源综合规划的编制过程和规划的主要成果,阐述了规划对健全用水管理制度、完善水资源保护制度、建立健全国家水权制度、建立水价形成机制、建立健全水生态保护制度等的指导作用,总结了规划实施情况。

The Huaihe River Basin Region and Shandong peninsula is important base for food production, energy and manufacture in China. This paper introduced basic situation of water resources, the process of developing integrated water resources plan and the main achievements of the plan in the Huaihe River Region and Shandong peninsula. Besides, this paper also illustrated the guidance role of the plan in improving water use management system and water protection system, establishing national water right system, water price forming mechanism and water ecology protection mechanism, and also concluded the situation of plan implementation.
