甘蔗眼斑病菌部分生物学特性及其室内毒力测定

摘要 研究测定了甘蔗眼斑病原菌部分生物学特性以及对杀菌剂的敏感性。结果表明,该菌的最佳生长温度为30℃,而最佳产孢温度为25℃;光照条件下有利于菌丝体生长,而黑暗则有利于孢子产生;其生长最适pH为6~7,而产生分生孢子的最适pH值为5;该菌对蔗糖、葡萄糖和麦芽糖利用效果较好,果糖和木糖次之,山梨糖效果最差。多菌灵、正品甲津托、代森锰锌、百菌清、菌核净5种供试杀菌剂对眼斑病菌的菌落生长均具有显著的抑制作用。 Sugarcane eye spot caused by Bipolaris sacchari (E.J. Butler) Shoemaker (also known as Helminthosporium sacchari or Drechslera sacchari), it can cause losses as high as 40% of the total yield in some sugarcane-growing areas worldwide. Therefore, it is important to study on the biological characteristics. In the present study, some biological characteristics of the pathogen of sugarcane eye spot were studied. The main results were described as follows:The optimal of temperature for the growth and sporulation of pathogen was 30℃ and 25℃, respectively. Light could promote pathogen growth and dark could promote pathogen sporulation. The optimal of pH value for the growth and sporulation of pathogen was pH 6-7 and pH 5, respectively. Sucrose, glucose and maltose were the best of carbon sources. The results from toxicity indoor of the pathogens suggested that carbendazim, meroif, mancozeb, chlorothalonil and dimethachlon had significant inhibitory effect on mycelial growth.
