摘要
采用HPLC-MS/MS分析方法对大连地区环境水体中雌激素类化合物的残留进行分析,采用因子分析对残留特征进行研究,并于春、夏、秋、冬四季采样,分析季节变化对雌激素残留的影响,综合评价大连地区雌激素类化合物的污染状况.结果表明,大连地区6个市政排污河/口水体中6种雌激素普遍检出,且炔雌醇为大连地区排污河/口水体中的主要雌激素类污染物;大连地区排污河/口中雌激素总浓度随季节变化特征明显,总体特征为冬季>秋季>春季>夏季,且春/夏季浓度远低于秋/冬季节.
Six estrogens in environmental water of Dalian were analyzed by HPLC-MS/MS and the residue characteristic was studied with factor analysis. The seasonal variation effects on the estrogens residue and the comprehensive status of contamination assessments were also given. The results showed that six estrogens generally existed in all municipal sewage outfalls in Dalian, and the main pollutant was 17a-Ethinylestradiol (EE2). The total concentrations of estrogens were affected greatly by seasons -- winter 〉 autumn 〉 spring 〉 summer, and the concentration in spring/summer was much lower than that in winter/autumn.
