摘要
对A/O工艺处理的焦化废水,用黄孢原毛平革菌对不同处理阶段的废水进行脱色试验,结果表明,25 h内黄孢原毛平革菌对各阶段的废水均有脱色作用,说明该菌对焦化废水中的生色污染物有分解作用。经海藻酸钠和聚乙烯醇固定后,黄孢原毛平革菌对二沉池中废水的脱色能力显著提高,其中海藻酸钠固定的黄孢原毛平革菌对二沉池废水脱色效果更加明显,30 h即可使出水色度降低1/3以上。
For the coking wastewater treated by A/O process,Phanerochaete chrysosporium has been used,in order to carry out decolorization tests for the wastewater in different stages. The results show that Phanerochaete chrysosporium does have decolorization effect on wastewater in every stage in 25 h. It indicates that it has decomposition effect on chromogenic pollutants. After being fixed with sodium alginate (SA) and poly vinyl alcohol (PVA),its decolorizing effect on the wastewater in the secondary sedimentation tank can be improved remarkably. The decolorizing effect of SA is more remarkable. 1/3 of the effluent chroma can be lowered in 30 h.
