景洪哥纳香根的化学成分研究(Ⅱ) 被引量:2

Chemical constituents from roots of Goniothalamus cheliensis (Ⅱ)

摘要 目的研究景洪哥纳香Goniothalamus cheliensis根醋酸乙酯提取物的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Toyopearl HW40、制备高效液相等柱色谱方法分离化合物,根据其理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从景洪哥纳香根的醋酸乙酯提取物中分离得到2个新化合物,分别鉴定为单乙酰双哥纳香二醇(1)和景洪哥纳香胺酮(2)。结论化合物1为一个新的苯乙烯内酯二聚体,化合物2为一个新的生物碱。 Objective To study the chemical constituents in the EtOAc extract from the roots of Goniothalamus cheliensis.Methods Silica gel,Toyopearl HW 40,and preparative HPLC column chromatographic techniques were used to isolate and purify the chemical constituents and their structures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral analyses.Results Two new compounds were isolated and identified as 7-acetyl-digoniodiol(1) and cheliensisaminone(2).Conclusion Compound 1 is a new styryllactone dimmer and compound 2 is a new alkaloid.
