摘要
目的研究绿玉树Euphorbia tirucalli的化学成分。方法利用反复硅胶和凝胶LH-20柱色谱进行分离和纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据分析鉴定化合物结构。结果从绿玉树中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为香树脂醇乙酸酯(1)、羽扇烯酮(2)、3-乙酰基-20-羽扇烷醇(3)、环阿尔廷-25-烯-3β,24ζ-二醇(4)、环阿尔廷-25-烯-3β-醇-24-酮(5)、环阿尔廷-23(E)-烯-3β,25-二醇(6)、大戟烷-25-烯-3α-醇(7)、槲皮素(8)、山柰酚(9)、胡萝卜苷(10)、谷甾醇(11)。结论化合物1~9为首次从绿玉树中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Euphorbia tirucalli.Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by repeated silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,and their structures were elucidated by physical and spectral analyses.Results Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as β-amyrin acetate(1),lupenone(2),3-acetoxy-20-lupanol(3),cycloart-25-en-3β,24ζ-diol(4),cycloart-25-en-3β-ol-24-one(5),cycloart-23(E)-en-3β,25-diol(6),euphane-25-en-3α-ol(7),quercetin(8),kaempferol(9),daucosterin(10),and β-sitosterol(11).Conclusion Compounds 1—9 are isolated from the title plant for the first time.
