摘要 以电动汽车为代表的新能源汽车产业,通过走"技术换市场"模式,会节省巨大的市场培育成本,更能积蓄提升自主技术创新所需的能力与资金。从全球竞争格局来看,我国电动车企业应首先切入需求成熟的国外市场,发挥流程工艺创新的优势,形成产品创新能力的相对优势,然后再向国内市场转移,提高本土市场的占有率。相对于国内市场而言,这正是一种"以技术换市场"的高端战略。 The electric vehicle as representative of the new energy automotive industry, by taking a "win the market with the technology" mode, not only will save a huge market development costs, but also can save the ability to enhance the independent innovation and funds. From the point of global competition, China's enterprises of electric vehicles should first entry the mature foreign markets, to play the advantages of process technology innovation and form the comparative advantage of product innovation, and then transferred back to the domestic market, increase local market share.Relative to the domestic market, this is a "win the market with the technology" high-end strategy.
