文化产业人才是夺取文化产业发展制高点的决胜因素,也是文化产业得以持续发展的保障力量。以深圳市文化产业人才发展状况为研究对象,通过对该市文化产业各行业领域人才供给分布的考察,集中归纳了现时态中深圳市最为短缺的人才类型和成因,为人才建设、发展的对策选择提供了基本依据。
