摘要
为从根本上解决铁路客车上水地面系统存在水资源严重浪费的问题,立足于建立新型客车上水地面系统,从管网系统布设、上水单元布设形式、上水单元设施提升及自动控制系统的优化进行了试验研究,重点分析了客车上水系统优化运行的控制因素及确保快速上水的关键硬件设施。实践证明,该技术可为高速铁路、客运专线、动车段(所)建设以及既有铁路客车上水系统改造提供技术参考。
In order to establish a new ground system for water feeding to passenger train and solve the problem of serious waste of water resources, the experimental research was performed in terms of piping system layout, water feeding unit layout form and automatic control system optimization of water feed- ing unit elevator. The control factors of optimized operation of water feeding system and the key hardwares to ensure rapid water feeding are analyzed. The practice shows that the technologies can provide technical reference for construction of high-speed railways, passenger special lines and EMU depots and for reconstruction of existing water feeding system of passenger train.
