在某污水处理厂扩建工程中,针对其主要处理印染废水的特点,通过对通用性中型离心机机械结构及多台机组连续运行控制系统的改进,满足其处理要求及分离效果。实际运行结果表明,分离效果达到设计要求,机组运行稳定,实现了更高效的自动化控制。

In the extension project of a wastewater treatment plant, in view of the properties of wastewater, the mechanical structure of the medium-sized centrifuges and the continuous operation control system of many units were improved to meet the treatment requirement and separation effect. The actual operation results show that the separation effect achieves the design requirement, the machine units operate steadily, and the automation control is more efficient.
