摘要
2009年9月,在陕西省布尔羊良种繁育中心,对85枚已冷冻保存8 a的布尔山羊胚胎进行解冻、培养,根据复水情况将80枚(45枚优良者,35枚次级)胚胎优次搭配,分别移植于31只关中奶山羊,最终27只妊娠,妊娠率为87.1%(27/31);产羔33只(♂9只,♀24只),其中8只产双羔;羔羊平均出生体质量为3.22kg(♂3.31 kg,♀3.19 kg),成活率为93.9%,取得良好效果。
In September 2009,in Shaanxi Province Boolean sheep breeding center,85 Boer goat embryos cryopreserved in liquid nitrogen for 8 years were thawed,cultured,and 80 matched embryos（45 good,35 subprime） were transferred into 31 Guanzhong dairy goats respectively according to the rehydration status 27 foster goats were confirmed pregnancy,at last 26 foster goats produced 34 lambs（9 male and 24 female）,the pregnancy rate was 87.1%（27/31）;lambing 33（9 male and 24 female）,of which 8 goats produced twins,average birth weight of lamb was 3.22 kg（male 3.31 kg and femlae 3.19 kg）,the survival rate was 93.9%.
