By using literature, logical analysis, the author has made a study of the implications of culture and philosophy in leisure sports. With the coming of the new century, knowledge economy is looming and informa- tion time is nearing. Both the lifestyle and work style are changing. Convenient network, advanced communi- cation and transportation have brought enormous time for us human being. How to make good use of leisure, namely how to relax so as to improve our life quality is much concerned with the concerted development of so- ciety and human being. Nowadays, sports leisure is the characteristic of our times;an important part of social culture activities ; a cultural domain linked to everyone＇ s life ; a symbol of the society＇ s progress in the 21st century.
