摘要
通过对工作分析的含义及在基层教练员人力资源管理中的作用进行阐述的基础上,对基层教练员的工作分析现状、职业功能、工作性质、工作内容进行分析,结果表明:目前基层教练员的人力资源管理中工作分析环节严重缺失,根本无法对人力资源管理的后续工作进行指导;教练员在实际工作过程中扮演着多种职业角色;基层教练员的工作对象具有动态性、工作手段具有多样性、工作过程具有复杂性、工作产出具有滞后性;教练员的工作除运动训练和运动竞赛外,还包括和运动员的家长、文化课教师、运动员所在学校的管理人员、其他教练员和少体校的管理者进行多渠道的交流沟通,以保证招生工作的顺利进行。
Based on the analysis of the meaning of work and the function of grassroots coaches human re- sources management, added with work status, occupation analysis function and nature of its work, content a- nalysis, the results showed that: currently work analysis of grassroots coaches in the human resources man- agement is a lack, not the guidance for the follow -up work of human resource management; coaches in real work process play a variety of roles of occupation; coaches work with dynamic characteristics, means diversi- ty, and work process is complex, work output has lagged behind; coaches' work besides sports training and sports competition includes communications with parents, athletes' culture class teachers, school administra- tors, other sports school coaches and managers for athletes, in order to ensure the smooth running of enroll- ment, athletes' cultural course learning supervision
