我国体育舞蹈运动可持续发展初探

Analysis of the Sustainable Development of Dance Sport in China

采用文献资料法、专家访谈、逻辑分析法等研究方法,从体育舞蹈项目在广州亚运会上取得成功出发,分析我国体育舞蹈运动发展状况以及与世界强国的差距,提出促进我国体育舞蹈运动可持续发展的建议:适应发展需要,加大后备人才的选拔与培养力度;加强对职业选手的引导与激励,提高训练效应;围绕人才培养需要,建立完善的竞赛与交流体系;加强学习与交流,提高教练员的执教水平;重视科学研究,完善体育舞蹈理论体系。

By means of studying relevant documents, interview to experts and logical analysis, this paper has made an analysis of the developmental conditions of the world and Chinese dance sport athletics based on the success of dance sport in Guangdong Asian Games. The paper has provided suggestions on how to maintain sustainable development of dance sport in our country ： put more efforts in choosing and developing reserved talents to address needs of development; furthermore guide and motivate professionals to improve effect of training; set up a sound system for competition and exchange based on the need for talents cultivation; improve the teaching quality of coaches through learning and communication; modify the theoretical system of sports dance by focusing on scientific researches.
