摘要
以测量精密零件上的微小孔径等圆为背景,设计了一种以TMS320DM642DSP为核心,利用图像处理技术的测量微小尺寸圆的系统。通过CCD摄像机进行数字图像采集,在DSP中进行图像去噪、边缘检测、图像识别等图像处理,识别出被测圆并计算出半径。阐述了该系统的工作原理和图像处理的算法及流程。
Abstract In the context of measuring small aperture on precision parts, a system of measuring small circle is designed by using image processing with TMS320DM642 DSP as its core. By CCD camera digital image acquisition, carry out the image denoising, edge detection, image recognition, and other image processing in DSP to identify and calculate the radius of the circle measured. The working principle of the system and algorithms and processes of image processing are introduced.
