摘要
用水合肼(N2H4.H2O)化学还原制备超细银粉,通过分散剂的用量控制银粉的粒径,制备出平均粒径为1μm左右的超细银粉。银粉配制成太阳能电池用浆料,烧结后在扫描电镜(SEM)下观察银层的形貌结构,并与进口银浆进行对比,说明该银粉基本能够满足太阳能电池浆料要求。
The uhrafine silver powders were prepared by chemical reduction using hydrazine (N2H4·H2O) as the reductant. The average particle size is 1 μm by controling the amount of dispersant. The paste for solar ceils were manufactured with these silver powders. Its morphology structure of the silver layer was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) after sintering and compared with that of imported silver paste. It was indecated that the silver powders can meet basically the requirements of paste for solar cells.
