摘要
在建立的导弹部队指挥员决策能力评估指标体系的基础上,运用AHP法分配了权重,建立了基于Fuzzy—AHP评估模型下对指挥员指挥决策能力的评估模型。根据部队实际情况,该模型具有一定的可信度,从而为评估导弹部队指挥员指挥决策能力,为考核、选拔优秀的指挥员提供了一种可参考的手段和方法。
According to the evaluation index system for missile force commanders＇ decision-making ability, AHP is introduced to assign the weights and an evaluation model is made based on Fuzzy and AHP. According to the actual situation in the military force, the model has certain credibility, which provides a referential method for evaluating missile force commanders＇ decision-making ability, testing commanders and selecting excellent ones.
