摘要
介绍了国内首次使用的半刚性太阳电池翼的任务与技术指标和产品组成。给出了编织用玻璃纤维纱线制备、柔性玻璃纤维编织、半刚性基板组合工艺和低轨空间环境适应性等关键技术。阐述了研制中进行的运动学和动力学、模态、热、在轨载荷、强度等仿真分析,以及噪声、振动、高低温展开、模态和其他试验。
The task, performance and composition of the semi-rigid solar array wing which was applied first time in domestic were discussed in this paper. The key technologies such as preparation of the glass fiber yarn for weaving, weaving of the soft glass fiber, technique of the semi-rigid plate combination, and environment adaptability on low orbit were given out. The simulation analysis of the kinetic and dynamic, mode, thermal, payload on-orbit and intensity in the development was descried, and so was about the experiments of the noise, vibration, deployment in high and low temperature, mode and others.
