摘要
建立了氢镍蓄电池温度场热仿真模型,模拟氢镍蓄电池放电过程的温度。实测结果表明仿真计算值与实测结果一致性较佳,两者温差最大仅0.7℃,验证了热仿真模型的有效性。用该仿真模型对天宫一号(TG-1)目标飞行器40 A.h氢镍蓄电池进行了热设计优化,根据优化结果研制了相应的电池。对电池内部温度的测试结果表明其内部最大温差约5℃,符合氢镍蓄电池热设计要求。
A model to simulate the inner temperature gradient of the nickel-hydrogen cell was proposed in this paper. The temperature in the discharge process of the nickel-hydrogen cell was simulated. The result indicated that the simulation data was similar with the test data and the maximum temperature difference was only 0.7℃, which validated the rationality of the simulation model. The model was used for thermal design optimization of 40 A · h nickel-hydrogen cell in the Tiangong-1 target spacecraft. The battery was made based on the optimization result. The test result of the inner temperature of the ceils with new design showed that the maximum inner temperature difference was about 5 ℃, which was satisfied with the thermal design demand of the nickel-hydrogen cell.
