摘要
研究了卫星包带连接的有限元力学建模。基于对包带预紧力、卡块与连接环间的接触力,以及两连接环间的接触力的分析,将接触力等效为有限单元节点力。对所建模型中的非线性项,用Newton-Raphson法求得给定包带预紧力的平衡位置,再以该平衡位置处的切线刚度对模型作线性化,分析了模态和固有频率等动力学特性。某卫星的算例验证了模型的正确性。
The modeling of the marman clamp joint of satellite in this paper. Based on the analysis of the band, the contact forces between the two adaptor rings and between the V-segments and adaptor rings, the contact forces were equivalent to element node forces. The linearization technique was applied for modal and natural frequency analysis as the clamp joint model was nonlinear, and Newton-Raphson method was applied to determine the equilibrium position. The linearized equation was obtained by expanding the nonlinear model regarding the equilibrium position. The dynamic characteristics of model and natural frequency were analyzed. An example of some satellite showed that the proposed method was feasible.
