摘要
目的探讨绩效分配考核体系在消毒供应中心的建立和实施效果。方法运用竞聘机制,实行以服务质量及岗位工作量和工作质量为主的绩效考核和岗位绩效工资制度,对提高工作效率和服务质量的情况进行分析。结果绩效考核管理提高了消毒供应中心工作人员的积极性,确保医疗和病人安全,提高了服务满意度,降低了差错发生率,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论有效的激励机制可以提高服务满意度和工作质量,促进了该学科的专业化发展。
Objective To discuss the establishment and implementation of the Distribution of performance evaluation system in the central sterile supply. Methods Using of incentive mechanisms, implementing quality of service and job work load and quality of work-based performance evaluation and job performance pay system were analyzed. Results The enthusiasm of the staff in central sterile supply was enhanced by the performance evaluation management to ensure health and patient safety, improve the service satisfaction and reduce the error rate. The differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.01 ) .Conclusion The effective mechanism can improve the service satisfaction and the service quality and promote the specialization development of the field.
