护理专业研究生教育质量评估体系的建构 被引量:2

Construction of Evaluation System for Postgraduate Education Quality in Nursing Major

摘要 目的构建护理专业研究生教育质量的结构及相应的评估体系。方法采用理论分析的方法提出护理专业研究生教育质量的理论评价体系并形成研究工具;随机抽取了200份被试(其中有效被试198份),使用问卷调查法进行研究,对调查数据采用探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析等方法探索并形成护理专业研究生教育质量的评估体系。结果所建评价指标体系总体系内部一致性α系数为0.8087,各要素α系数为0.8288~0.5674,信效度较好。结论我国护理专业研究生教育质量评估体系为六个构成要素:师资因素、研究生因素、学科因素、教学因素、管理因素、社会影响因素。 Objective To build the structure and related evaluation system for postgraduate education of nursing major. Methods The method of theoretical analysis was adopted to propose the theoretical evaluation system and form research tool for the quality of postgraduate education of nursing major. Randomly 200 samples(198 samples proved valid) were selected and questionnaire was adopted. The research data was analyzed through exploratory factor analysis(EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) to explore and form the evaluation system of postgraduate education quality of nursing major. Results The coefficient of Cronbach's α for the total evaluation system is 0.8087 and α for each factor is 0.8288-0.5674, with good reliability and validity. Conclusion The postgraduate education quality evaluation system of nursing major in China is composed of six factors: teachers, postgraduate students, discipline, education, management, and social factors.
