深圳市疾控中心员工吸烟相关行为及影响因素分析

Analysis on Smoking-related Behaviors and Influence Factors among Staff in Shenzhen Center for Disease Control and Prevention

目的了解深圳市疾病预防控制中心工作人员控烟能力及控烟环境现状,分析吸烟者与非吸烟者之间的差异,为单位开展控烟工作提供参考依据。方法采用普查的方法,对深圳市疾病预防控制中心所有在职工作人员进行问卷调查。结果不同职称、不同学历之间吸烟率差异具有统计学意义。是否知道禁烟规定,是否在家里吸烟,是否认同医院禁烟与是否有吸烟行为相关。对单位全面禁烟的认同度,吸烟者低于非吸烟者。结论深圳市疾病预防控制中心吸烟率不高,控烟工作有一定的基础,今后的控烟教育和干预的重点为低学历无专业职称的职工人群及吸烟者。

Objective To understand the tobacco control ability among the staff in Shenzben CDC and the status quo of environment of tobacco control and analyze the differences between smoker and non-smoker groups for providing the reference for smoking control. Methods The questionnaire was taken for the survey among the all member in the CDC. Results There were statistically significant differences among the staff with different titles, educational backgrounds in knowing the no-smoking rule, smoking in home, whether agree to smoking ban in hospital. The non-smokers have more the identification of ceasing smoke in the working place than that in smokers. Conclusion The smoking rate is not high in Shenzhen CDC and the main groups for tobacco control education and intervention were low academic staff without professional title and worker.
