The CPC's Exploration in Promoting Regional Division and Cooperation and Its Revelation from the Founding of People's Republic of China to the Reform and Opening up

区域分工协作是区域经济协调发展和国民经济整体利益提高的必然要求和重要表现。新中国成立后至改革开放前,为改变旧中国遗留下来的不合理的区域发展格局,以毛泽东为核心的党中央第一代领导集体力图通过各种方式合理安排地区工业建设,不断推进区域分工协作,不仅对当时的国民经济发展产生了一定的积极效应,也为改革开放后我国区域分工协作模式的不断完善和国民经济的良性发展提供了可资借鉴的丰富的历史经验。

Regional division and cooperation is necessary requirement and important performance of the coordinated development of regional economy and the improvement of national economic overall interests.To change the unreasonable pattern of regional development,left over from old China,the CPC＇s first generation of collective leadership took many various ways to arrange regional industrial construction and improve regional division and cooperation from the founding of People＇s Republic of China to the reform and opening up,which had some positive effects on national economic development and provided rich historical experiences for the continuous perfection of regional division and cooperation mode and the sound development of national economy after the reform and opening up.
