摘要
无底柱分段崩落法,因采场结构简单、机械化程度高,成本低和生产安全等优点,在金属矿山获得迅速推广。但无底柱分段崩落采矿方法矿石是在覆盖层废石的包围下放出,矿石的贫化及损失较大,且较难控制。进路断面是影响矿石的贫化损失的重要因素之一,通过极限平衡理论,结合目前矿山巷道锚杆支护技术来合理确定进路极限宽度,对影响进路极限宽度的主要因素进行详细分析,进而为降低无底柱分段崩落采矿法的贫化损失提供理论参考。
Non - pillar sublevel caving method is popularized rapidly in metal mines, thanks to the simple stope structure, the high mechanization, the low cost, the safety mining and so on. But it is difficult to control the dilution and loss of the ore because the drawing ore is under the capping rock. The drift cross section is one of the main factors affecting the ore dilution and loss. Based on the present mine bolt supporting technology, the drift limit - equilibrium width is determined rationally through the limit - equilibrium theory: And the main factors affected the drift limit - equilibrium width are analyzed. It has some theoretical reference value in lowering the ore dilution and loss.
