介绍了紫金铜业的诱导法和某厂的并联循环电积脱铜砷,并对两者工艺流程、特点和应用情况进行对比分析。诱导法脱杂环保、全面,但能耗较大、电效不高。并联循环法在对砷有很好的脱除率和电流效率,需处理黑铜量少,工艺参数控制简单。
Derivative method in Zijin Copper Co. , Ltd. and Parallel - Cycle electrowinning method in a factory for Cu & As removal are introduced in the paper. The technological process, characteristics and application condition of both are contrastive analyzed. The derivative method electrowinning is eco - friendly and comprehensive, but energy consumption is big and current efficiency is inefficient. The parallel - cycle electrowinning has a very good de - As rate and a high current efficiency, small amount of black copper is produced and the technical parameter is easy to control.
