摘要
中央空调循环水系统一般分为三部分,即循环冷却水系统、冷冻水系统、采暖水系统。循环冷却水多为开式,冷冻水与采暖水为封闭式;目前,高层建筑或封闭式厂房的冷冻水与采暖水多为同一系统,在夏季走冷冻水,在冬季走采暖水。这三套循环水系统各有特点,但存在同一问题:结垢、腐蚀和生物粘泥,如不进行适当的处理,势必会引起管道堵塞,腐蚀泄漏、传热效率大为降低等一系列问题,影响整个空调系统的正常工作。本文以贵溪冶炼厂厂办公大楼中央空调系统为例,来谈谈对中央空调水质的管理。
The water circulating system of central air conditioner is generally divided into three parts, namely the circulation cool- ing water system, the chilled water system, and the heating water system. Many of the cooling water circulation system is open type, frozen water and heating water are dosed. At present, the freezing water and heating water for high building or enclosed workshop is more or less the same system. In summer itg for frozen water, in winter it's for heating water. The three sets of circulating water system have different features, but there is the same problem: scaling, corrosion.and biological slime. If without proper treatment, it will natu- rally cause a series of problems, such as pipeline plugging, corrosion leakage and heat transfer efficiency reduction greatly etc, which will impact normal work of the whole air conditioning system. This paper takes the central air conditioning system in Guixi smelter's office building as an example to analysis the management of water quality for central air conditioning system.
