摘要 为了解决失重秤在运行时波动较大的现状,我们通过深入了解失重秤的原理,找出影响失重秤波动的若干因素。当失重秤波动时,我们逐一检查影响失重秤波动的各个因素,如发现有影响失重秤波动因素存在,就需要寻找合适的方法解决。通过这种方法,我们在失重秤出现波动的状况后,能够及时的查找出造成波动的一些因素,并及时消除这些因素。 In order to solve the volatile situation of Loss - in - weight feeder at run time, we in - depth understand the principle of Loss - in - weight feeder and find out several factors about its fluctuation. We examine one by one the fluctuation factors when it's in volatile situation. We figure out that if we find influence factors of fluctuation we have to find a suitable method to solve it. By this method, we can timely find out a number of factors caused fluctuation and timely eliminate these factors when the Loss - in - weight feeder fluctuates so that it can maintain a smooth operation.
