从社会化、专业化和现代化的视角出发,提出构建高校后勤保障体系的设想:实行管办分离、开放市场的社会化改革;加强专业性的主体培育,组建具有区位、地域特色集约化经营的后勤服务企业;提高后勤队伍的整体素质,推进高校后勤信息化建设,建设现代化后勤服务平台.

From social, professional, modern perspective, the article proposes all the things following needed to be done to establish the university logistics mechanism： carrying out the social reform of separating public service units from government and opening the market＇ strengthening professional cultivations founding a logistic services enterprise which is of locational, regional characteristics and intensive management improving the overall quality of the logistic teams, promoting the construction of university logistics informatization; building a modern logistics service platform.
