Research and Practice of Task-based Instruction in a Survey of Major English-speaking Countries

任务教学作为一种优化的教学模式,改变了以"教师为主"的传统教学方法,确立了以"学生为主"的教学理念。以英语文化课实际课堂教学任务的设计为例,探讨如何在"英美概况"课程的教学中渗透任务教学法理念,提出任务型教学中教师应注意的问题,旨在探索英语教学的新方法,不断提高英语教学水平。

As an optimized teaching model, Task-based Instruction （TBI） focuses on learner-centered teaching concept instead of teacher-centered teaching approach. A practical example is given to illustrate the implementation of TBI in English culture courses. Then some key issues in application of TBI are discussed, to probe new teaching methods and improve the quality of English teaching in higher vocational colleges.
