摘要
推进我国法治建设,需要大量不同类型的法律辅助人才。法律辅助人才培养不同于其他高技能人才培养,要结合自身特点,针对人才培养中存在的问题,进一步明确人才培养模式的创新思路。
Promoting China＇s rule of law requires a lot of different types of legal support personnel.Para-legal personnel training is different from other highly skilled personnel training, which should be in conjunction with its own characteristics and problems in personnel training, to further clarify the innovative ideas of the training mode.
