摘要
大学新生入学教育是引导新生完成从中学到大学角色转变、迅速适应大学生活并健康成长成才的有效途径,但当前大学新生始业教育存在缺乏系统性、针对性等不足之处,导致在观念上、形式上都存在诸多不足,效果也不尽如人意。因此,高校应合理构建始业教育体系,通过正确的引导,使他们少走弯路并朝着健康的方向发展。
The beginning education to the freshmen is a good way to help them adjust to new roles of being a college student, adapt to the university life and live happily and healthily. But currently the beginning education in college is in short of a systematic and targeting mode, with other obvious shortcomings leading up to concept and form, a satisfying achievement can not be reached. Therefore, universities in China need to fully organize the beginning system, with some appropriate guide, students would be able to save time and walk in an advantageous direction.
