摘要
快锻液压机由于活动横梁运动速度高,主控阀组必须进行频繁、快速的切换,且液压机运动部分的惯性又相当大,所以往往引起剧烈的液压冲击和机械振动,严重影响液压机的运行精度和使用寿命。本文在研究其锻造曲线的基础上对快锻控制工序进行详细的分析,并进行较全面的快锻PLC控制方案设计,利用PLCSIM V5.4 SP3软件进行仿真,仿真结果表明PLC快锻控制方案可以达到液压系统的要求。
Because of the high speed of beam, main control valve has to switch frequently and quickly.And inheritance of press moving part is very fast, so these cause strenuous hydraulic shock and mechanical shake.Meanwhile, these heavily affect operational accuracy and operating life of press.Based on reseaching fast forging curve ,we analysed the fast forging control scheme detail. Meanwhile, we designed the control scheme of PLC. Finally, we made use of PLCSIMV5.4SP3 to emulate it.The result indicated that the PLC control system could reach the requirements of hydraulic control system.
