摘要
以活性炭为原料,采用微波正交实验考察了微波辐射功率、辐射时间、活性炭处理量三因素微波改性活性炭对吸附CS2性能的影响;用过渡金属溶液和氨水分别浸渍微波改性后的活性炭,考察了微波-浸渍联合改性活性炭对吸附CS2的影响。实验结果表明,微波改性的最优实验条件为微波辐射功率400 W、辐射时间3 min、活性炭处理量5 g;在此条件下,微波改性后的活性炭(AC1)吸附CS2的静、动态吸附量分别为0.564,0.542 g/g;用浓度为0.005 mol/L的Fe(NO3)3溶液、0.020 mol/L的Cu(NO3)2溶液、质量分数30%的氨水分别浸渍AC1后,3种联合改性活性炭对CS2静、动态吸附量较原活性炭均有所提高,其中氨水-微波联合改性的活性炭对CS2吸附性能最好,对CS2的静、动态吸附量分别为0.587,0.572 g/g。BET,SEM,FTIR表征结果显示,活性炭改性后碱性基团的数量增多,微孔的数量增大。
Activated carbon(AC) was modified through microwave radiation and then impregnation with transition metal(Fe3 +,Cu2 +) and ammonia with orthogonal experimental design.The modified activated carbon was used in adsorbing CS2.The effects of microwave power,radiation time and activated carbon dosage in the modification on adsorption of CS2 on the modified activated carbon were investigated.Under the optimal conditions of microwave power 400 W,radiation time 3 min and AC dosage 5 g,the adsorptive capacity of the activated carbon(AC1) modified only by microwave for CS2 in stable state and dynamic state increased to 0.564 and 0.542 g/g,respectively.When AC1 was improved by impregnation with 0.005 mol/L Fe(NO3)3 solution,0.020 mol/L Cu(NO3)2 solution or 30%(w) ammonia solution,its adsorptive capacity for CS2 was heightened,among which,the adsorptive capacity of AC1 obtained by impregnation with 30%(w) ammonia solution was the highest,0.587 g/g in the stable state and 0.572 g/g in dynamic state.The modified activated carbon was characterized by means of BET,SEM and FTIR.The results showed that both the numbers of the surface basic groups and the micropores of the modified activated carbon increased.
