摘要
采用实验和数值分析的方法,对电焊作业过程中因钢材热传导引起焊点以外位置接触的可燃物着火危险性进行了研究。结果表明,连续点焊作业时,焊点的高热能沿钢材轴向传播的距离与连续点焊的时间成正比;其中裸露钢材电焊作业的安全距离约为0.4m,穿墙钢材电焊作业的安全距离约为0.25m;钢材电焊作业时由热传导引发火灾的可能性较小。
With the methods of experiment and numerical analy sis, the fire risk caused from the heat conduction through the steel when it is in the process of welding was studied. The results showed that during continuously spot welding, the heat transmission distance is proportional to the time of spot welding, moreover, the safe distance of the bare steel welding is abut 0.4 m, and the safe distance of welding steel inside the wall is about 0.25 m, furthermore, the probability of fire hazard caused by heat conduction during welding is small.
