中文版自悯量表的信效度研究

Reliability and Validity of Chinese Version of Self-compassion Scale

目的:检验中文版自悯量表的信度和效度。方法:用中文版自悯量表先后测量了660名大学生,并在两周后对其中50人进行了重测。部分被试完成了自尊量表、生活满意度量表及正负性情绪情感量表。结果:①探索性因素分析与验证性因素分析均支持量表的六因素结构模型;②自悯量表总分与自尊量表、生活满意度量表及正负性情绪情感量表的总分存在显著相关。控制自尊量表得分后,自悯量表总分与生活满意度量表及正负性情绪情感量表的总分仍存在显著相关;③总量表的克龙巴赫Alpha系数为0.84,两周后的重测信度系数为0.89。结论:中文版自悯量表具有较好的信效度,可以用来测量我国大学生的自悯水平。

Objective： To investigate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Self-Compassion Scale （SCS） in Chinese undergraduate students sample. Methods： The Chinese version of SCS was used to assess 660 undergraduate students, 50 of whom participated in the retest two weeks later. SES, SWLS, and PANAS were used as the criteria-related validity instrument. Results： （1）Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses showed the scale was composed of 6 factors which all supported the structure model; （2）The total score of Self-compassion Scale had significant correlation with the total scores of the scales of self-esteem, satisfaction with life, positive affect, and negative affect. Controlling the scores of self-esteem, there was still significant relationship between the total scores of the scales of self-compassion and satisfaction with life, self-compassion and positive affect, and self-compassion and negative affect; （3）Cronbach＇s a coefficients of the Chinese version of SCS was 0.84, test-retest reliability of the Chinese version of SCS was 0.89. Conclusion： The Chinese version of SCS has acceptable psychometric quality. It can be used to measure the self-compassion of Chinese college students.
