美国初级保健与心理健康整合式服务

Integrated Primary Care and Mental Health Service in America

摘要 近20年来,美国出现了一种发展初级保健与心理健康整合式服务的趋势,该服务整合了初级保健和心理健康服务,以治疗患者的身心疾病、维护人们的身心健康为目标。本文介绍了初级保健与心理健康整合式服务的概念界定、历史背景、实践模式、实践效果和存在问题,希望对我国的心理医疗保健发展有所借鉴。 The recent 20 years has seen a trend of developing integrated primary care and mental health service, which aims at treating physiological and psychological problems and enhancing bodily and mental health, This article reviews the definition, history, models, effects and deficiencies of the integrated service with a hope of making implications for the development of mental health care in China.
