摘要
文章总结了高校教师队伍建设取得的成效与存在的主要问题,并在此基础上提出了地方高校教师队伍建设的对策建议。
The paper summarizes the main existing problems and the achievements in local Colleges and universities＇ cultivation of teaching staff and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions about the principles and specific ways of teaching staff cultivation.
