The System of Fixed-Tenure Party Representatives is a new effective way to develop democracy in the Party and promote the construction of political civilization. It is a basic requirement for strengthening the Party＇s ad- ministrative ability and an important measure to strengthen the Party＇s leadership in universities in the new era. GDUT＇s trial implementation of the System of Fixed-Tenure Party Representatives proves that selecting suitable representatives is the premise, letting the representatives play their role is the basis, establishing a proper system is the key point, and promoting the development is the goal.
