摘要
在高精度卫星测控、导航定位等领域,系统设备的绝对时延是影响精度的主要因素之一。示波器方案是目前能够测量BPSK调制器调制信号输入端到射频信号输出端的时延的唯一方法。文章提出采用宽带数字存储示波器结合包络检测信号处理技术,以提高调制器时延测量的精度,标准不确定度可优于50ps,避免了手工测试的主观不确定性。该方法也可推广用于变频器时延的精确测量。
In high accuracy satellite measurement and control systems as well as navigation and position systems, equipment absolute time delay is one of the main factors that may decrease accuracy. Oscilloscope is the unique tool to measure transmitting time delay from input to output port of BPSK modulator. In this paper, one method improving measurement accu- racy using digital wide-band oscilloscope is presented in conjunction with envelope detection. The measurement uncertainty may be below 50ps. Uncertainty can be avoided resulted in by manual test, and this method can be expanded to equipment absolute time delay measurement of frequency converters.
