胆囊切除术围手术期用药预防感染效果观察

Effect observation of perioperative use of antibiotics to prevent infection patients with cystic resection

目的了解胆囊切除术围手术期预防感染效果。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对88例胆囊切除术患者围手术期预防感染用药与传统术后用药进行效果比较。结果术后最高体温、术后退热时间、术后病率、腹部切口感染围手术期预防用感染明显优于传统术后用药,且有统计学意义P<0.05。结论提昌围手术期用,减少细菌耐药性产生。

Objective To understand the prevent infection effect of cholecystectomy perioperative.Methods Retrospective survey methods,on 88 patients with cystic resection perioperative prevent infection the effect compared of drug use and traditional medicine.Results After operation,the highest temperature,time,postoperative antifebrile postoperative incision infection disease rate,abdomen perioperative prevent infection were better than traditional postoperative medication,and it was significant difference.Conclusions We should perioperative use,to reduce bacteria drug resistance.
