摘要
目的探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌、正常乳腺组织和乳腺良性病变组织中S100A4、annexinA2、组织蛋白酶B的表达及三者与乳腺浸润性导管癌的浸润、转移的关系。方法免疫组织化学SP法检测。结果 S100A4蛋白、annexinA2蛋白及组织蛋白酶B蛋白在正常乳腺组织及乳腺良性病变组织中不表达或低表达,在乳腺浸润性导管癌中均高表达。结论①S100A4蛋白参与了乳腺浸润性导管癌的淋巴结转移,annexinA2蛋白和组织蛋白酶B参与了乳腺浸润性导管癌的浸润、淋巴结转移。②三者协同促进了乳腺浸润性导管癌的浸润和淋巴结转移,共同参与了肿瘤的浸润和转移。
Objective To investigate the expressions of S100A4,annexinA2,CB proteins in the breast invasive ductal carcinoma,breast normal tissues and benign breast lesions and their correlationship with invasion and metastasis.Methods Detected by immunohistochemistry SP.Results S100A4,annexinA2 and CB protein in normal breast tissue and breast benign lesions is no expression or low expresseion,but in breast invasive ductal carcinoma is high expression.Conclusions ①S100A4 protein involved in lymph node metastasis of breast invasive ductal carcinoma,annexinA2 protein and CB protein involved in invasion and lymph node metastasis of breast invasive ductal carcinoma.②In breast invasive ductal carcinoma,the expression of S100A4 and annexinA2 and CB protein was positively correlated,it implied they have certain synergy to promote invasion and lymph node metastasis of breast invasive ductal carcinoma,participate in tumor invasion and metastasis.
