颅脑内原发淋巴瘤磁共振表现分析

摘要 目的分析脑内淋巴瘤的磁共振影像学表现,提高淋巴瘤的检出率。方法回顾性分析30例病理证实的脑内淋巴瘤的磁共振影像学表现。30例病例均使用GE3.0T磁共振,进行SE序列T1WI、T2WI、FLAIR、DWI以及对比增强T1WI扫描,分析其在各序列图像上所显示内部信号和强化特征,以及与相邻组织结构的相互关系特征。结果病变在T1WI图像上均为等或稍低信号;T2WI图像上均为与灰质相似或明显低于周围水肿的稍高信号;磁共振弥散加权成像图像上肿瘤为高信号;增强扫描后多呈均质或明显强化,周围水肿均明显,可见占位效应。结论磁共振增强扫描后淋巴瘤强化明显及磁共振弥散加权成像呈高信号可与其它颅内肿瘤进行鉴别,对淋巴瘤诊断有较高价值,可提高淋巴瘤的检出率。 Objective To analyze the imaging findings of MR of brain lymphoma,to improve the detection rate of lymphoma.Methods A retrospective analysis of 30 cases confirmed by pathology of brain lymphoma MR imaging.30 cases were using GE3.0T magnetic resonance SE sequence,T1WI,T2WI,FLAIR,DWI and contrast enhanced T1WI scanning,in its analysis of the image sequence on the display of internal signal and enhanced features,as well as with adjacent tissue structure correlation features.Results The lesions in T1WI images are similar to or slightly low signal;T2 WI image are similar to the gray matter was significantly lower than the surrounding edema or slightly high signal on DWI images;tumor for high signal;Enhancement scanning after multiple is homogeneous or enhanced obviously,peripheral edema were obvious,visible mass effect.Conclusions Magnetic resonance enhanced scan after lymphoma enhanced obviously and DWI showed high signal to other intracranial tumors were identified,the diagnosis of lymphoma has a higher value,it can improve the detection rate of lymphoma.
