电击伤相关心肌酶改变及其意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究电击伤后人体血清心肌酶升高程度与心肌受损程度的相关性,探讨其对临床诊治的意义。方法对46例在宝坻区人民医院急诊科诊治的电击伤患者,连续检测的血清心肌酶CK、LDH、AST、CK-MB进行回顾性分析。结果检测结果显示电击伤后患者均出现不同程度的血清心肌酶浓度增高,48h达到高峰,伤情严重者心肌酶改变明显高于轻型电击伤者。结论电击伤后血清心肌酶指标的改变可以作为组织损伤和治疗效果的评价指标,具有较高的敏感性和特异性。
