摘要
基于转子弯曲振动的加重响应模型,对国产600 MW高中压转子弯曲振动的加重方法和响应特征进行分析,继而总结出该转子弯曲振动的现场动平衡补偿策略,为类似振动故障的处理提供参考。
According to balance weight response model for rotor flexural vibration, the paper analyzes the balancing method and dynamic response of HP-IP rotor of domestic 600 MW steam turbine. Then, the dynamic balance tactics for rotor flexural vibration is summed up. In the end, it puts forward corresponding solutions for similar vibration faults.
