摘要
简要分析了GE-9E燃气蒸汽联合循环机组转速控制、负荷控制等与一次调频有关的逻辑,介绍了对原9E机组一次调频转速扰动下燃机、汽机负荷的动态响应情况及问题,提出一套在MARK V实现电网要求一次调频功能的控制逻辑。投运及其试验结果表明,采用这套控制逻辑后,9E燃气蒸汽联合循环机组能满足电网的一次调频要求。
The paper briefly analyses the logic associated with primary frequency regulation, such as, the speed control and load control of GE-9E gas steam combined cycle unit etc. And, it also introduces the dynamic response and problems of gas turbine and steam turbine affected by primary frequency regulation turbulence of original 9E unit. Therefore, it generates the control logic of primary frequency regulation for satisfying the power grid requirements by means of MARK V. The service and test result indicate that the primary frequency regulation can be realized in power grid for 9E gas steam combined cycle unit by this system.
