摘要
职校教师群体在相关技能大赛政策的导引下,逐渐分化为红花群体、绿叶群体、黄叶群体和落叶群体等四个基本群体。这四群体板结僵化,影响全校教师的专业发展。针对这种情况,职校当从组团辅导参赛、实施轮流参赛、开展基础项目竞赛、重视人文素养培养等几方面入手,为全校教师营造参加技能大赛的机会,推动每位教师的专业发展。
Guided by relevant policy, teacher groups in vocational school gradually differentiate into the following four basic groups : the red flower group , green leaves group, yellow leaves group and de- ciduous groups. All the four groups are compacted and rigid, holding back the professional development of teachers. The vocational school should create opportunities such as group counseling for competition, competition in turn, carrying out competition in basic projects , putting emphasis on training teachers" humanities, so as to create the opportunies to participate in skill competitions for the whole teachers and thereby promote the professional development of each teacher.
